A bit of both! Our focus is the success of your projects and programmes. Sometimes this needs focused interim contractors, and sometimes it needs a consulting team establishing a Delivery function with PMO.

Equally, you may have existing project team members and the solution may be up develop their delivery skills.

We just focus on defining the right solution to deliver your projects that support your business results.

What we are not is a recruitment business masquerading as a consultancy. We bring deep experience of programme delivery and know the PM producers from the PM pretenders.

A whole array although from our roots we have significant experience in healthcare. Our current client projects are across AI and fraud detection on a global level, global airline IT infrastructure, pathology service transformations, major estate fit outs, major IT system and application deployments.

We work across all project types – our focus is delivery and providing the skills carefully selected for your project type, size and complexity matched with your organization culture.

We’ll understand where you’re at and where you want to be and guide from there. We often advise on the make up of client project teams, or the delivery approach for a programme.

There is no charge for initial guidance of course.

Yes, for sure. Having highly skilled project professionals – either new or your existing team developed, working in the right way delivering at pace avoids all sorts of commercial delay issues.

We use a phrase – “No Money, No Project!”. Projects should be defined accurately at the outset, thus informing a business case, and then only commenced once funding provided.

Delivering at pace against a well defined business case with the right project team will delivery your ROI.

Very fast. For interim contract resourcing we can be up and running within hours of our conversation. We don’t need written specs as we offer a strong appreciation of different projects and the nature of skills required.

We’ve rarely been the constraint in the process and have never failed to propose resources or a solution to a client programme delivery challenge.

Yes, we’d be delighted to. We recognise that projects require a mix of skills. Typically we will source other key roles such as Business Analyst, Test Manager, Solution Architect, Infrastructure lead, and various other technical or analyst roles.

As a result when building a team, we will ensure complementary skills and a team that aligns with your culture and ways of working.
