We provide a planning assurance review service with a deep dive workshop or ongoing in-flight review format
Our Assurance service is designed to provide confidence to Execs and senior leadership in the reported status of a project.
We carry out assurance with a focus on the review of plans and preferably with a face to face workshop, either on client site or remotely which we can host for our Deep Dive Reviews.
This service has been highly valuable for clients – instead of long reports, we lead engaging sessions that review plans, or draw them out on a whiteboard. Our outputs are key actions to ensure a robust plan is agreed by all and that key issues and risks are identified and mitigated.
